How to present online?
Online-presenters: Please note the following guidelines!
Please, if you will present online, send us an email. We would like to be prepared. Thank you for understanding!
1. Open https://whereby.com/jku-steam
2. Set the microphone to OFF
3. Follow the conference to see when it is your turn. The program will help you to estimate when to start. Every presenter gets max 10 minutes for presenting and 2 minutes for receiving and answering questions.
4. When it is your turn, please set your timer/phone/egg-clock to 10 minutes.
5. Share the screen and set microphone to ON
6. Before starting your talk make sure to start your timer. Try to follow instructions in appear.in-chat if these appear.
7. After 10 min talk your timer should (yes, we are strict on the time limit) tell you to STOP :-)
8. After the 2 minutes for questions, please set your microphone again to OFF and stop sharing your screen.
