Technical Support Packages:
  • Pay-as-you-go Support: $200 per hour
  • Bronze Level Support: 20 hours per month, reduced rate of $150 per hour = $3,000.- per month
  • Silver Level Support: 50 hours per month, reduced rate of $125 per hour = $6,250.- per month
  • Gold Level Support: 100 hours per month, reduced rate of $100 per hour = $10,000.- per month
Technical Support fees are invoiced monthly.
