Monkey Rule 8

There's just one Monkey Rule left: we need to figure out how to calculate the derivative of the composition of two functions. Go back to the chapter on functions to review composition of functions if needed. Let's get started by seeing what Geogebra does to calculate the derivative of the composite of sin(x) and the linear function 5x+2 which I've called noah(x). Get started by typing derivative(noah) to see what Geogebra does to differentiate noah. By the way, differentiate is the verb form of the noun, derivative.
Any ideas about the derivative of noah? Move to the next activity for the rule for calculating derivatives of composite functions like noah.
