Noncentral Pizza Slices

I was doing a hack job cutting up a circular pizza the other day, and it made me wonder about cutting a pizza so the slices don't meet at the center, but the slices are still equal in area. How would you figure that out? This sketch lets you play around with it. Some questions I wondered about: how do you figure out the area of a non-central slice? Could you develop a formula? What measurements would you want? What's the fewest number of measurements you might need. Does any of the regular circle geometry help?
