Integration Using Partial Fractions
A rational function in x is a function defined as ratio of two polynomials in x. The technique of partial fractions is very useful in integrating such functions where the denominator is product of two or more polynomials. Focus of the present GeoGebra applet is to demonstrate this method. It is expected that the reader knows how to integrate a rational function whose denominator is of degree one or two and cannot be factored.
