Designing Engaging Applets that Promote Student Learning
Steven Silvestri will provide live demonstrations of his proudest GeoGebra applet creations (e.g., GeoTetris: Sequences of Rigid Motions and Zero-Sum: A Game of Additive Inverses). His presentation will also include how to build a GeoGebra applet while discussing and implementing the research-based practices of edTech that best promote learning (e.g., gamification and immediate feedback).
