Caustics of a parabola

The light rays arrive to the parabolic mirror for the right, parallel to the x-axis. Move the point D to build the caustic. Consider the mirror as half-transparent, reflection occurs also on the other side of the parabola. Joint work with Zoltan Kovacs (JKU, Linz, Austria).
