Take any point P and construct the cevians. These cevians intersect their respective opposite side. Take this
point of intersection and reflect it over the midpoint of the side. Construct new cevians from the vertices to these
reflected points. These new cevians are concurrent at the ISOTOMIC CONJUGATE OF P.
