Shape tools

In the Shape section, you can choose between various shape tools (e.g.: triangles, rectangles, circles). After creating an object, you can select it and change its properties.

Task

Get in touch with the tools and learn how to edit the style of your shapes using the Style Bar.

Instructions

1.Open the Shapes snd select the Rectangle tool and create a rectangle per drag and drop on the canvas.
2.Select the drawn rectangle. The Style Bar and the Bounding Box will appear.
3.Change the style of the rectangle (e.g.: line style, color, opacity, filling) using the Style Bar.
4.Use the handles of the Bounding Box to change the size of the rectangle and rotate it.
5.Open the context menu by pressing the More button of the Style Bar and select Duplicate to duplicate your selected rectangle.
6.Create a triangle using the Triangle tool.
7.Create a mask using the Mask tool. Note: A mask can be used to cover parts of the canvas that should at first be hidden (e.g.: solutions).
8.Select multiple objects using the Select Objects tool. Drag an area over all the objects you want to select. A Bounding Box around all the selected objects will appear.
9.Move, rotate, duplicate and change the style of the selected objects simultaneously.
