Lottery Company AGTech Extends Target Business Deadline

AGTech Holdings Ltd, which supplies the regulated lottery market in mainland China, said it was continuing to pursue a deal to acquire an overseas company called ScoreValue Ltd for up to HK$489.5 million (W63 million).

AGTech said on Monday its monopoly on potential deals had been extended for two months with a new expiry date of Dec. 14.

The company did not give details about the nature of its business held by ScoreValue, registered in British Virgin Islands, in a recent filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Growth Business Market or in its original July 15 filing announcing acquisition negotiations.

If the deal goes ahead, it will likely include up to HK$189.5 million in cash and HK$300 million in consideration share allocation and issuance, AGTech said in a filing on Monday.

In August, it reported a loss of nearly 70% year-over-year in the first half, from HK$52.7 million a year earlier, due to lower sales. 바카라사이트
