Tensegrity of a Triangular Prism (simplex)
This activity belongs to the GeoGebra book GeoGebra Principia.
Let's move into three-dimensional space. One of the simplest tensegrities
starts with a right prism whose bases are equilateral triangles. We place bars along its lateral edges and cables everywhere else. If we tension the cables, tensegrity is achieved when one of the bases rotates exactly 150° relative to the other.
