Copy of Straight Line - gradient

Straight Line - gradient

In Secondary, we learnt that Gradient can be calculated using the ratio of the vertical change and the horizontal changes.

We are going to find the Gradient of a straight line given the coordinates of two points.

Find the gradient of the line passing through each of the following pairs of point: (a) A (2, 3) and B(7,5)

(b) C (-2, 8) and D(1, -1)

What's the Gradient of a horizontal Line

What's the gradient of a vertical Line?
