Move the Moon (blue dot) into the phase you want to look at
Local Horizon : move the time of day forward by moving the red dot counterclockwise ( when the dot is as low as it can be, the time is noon - Also a first Quarter Moon ( between Waxing Gibbous and Waning Gibbous) would be rising at noon )
RA Wheel : move the date of the year forward by moving the Yellow dot clockwise ( when the dot is to the far left - Sunrise - the RA of the sun is 6 so the date is June 21, the SUmmer Solstice. Also you can see that the Right Ascension of a Waxing Gibbous Moon could have any right ascension between 12 and 18 hours )
