GeoGebra & Graspable Math

Task

Insert a GeoGebra App and Graspable Math into the canvas. Enter functions, drag them into the other views and explore them. If you're new to using GeoGebra Apps, have a look at the tutorial Learn Calculator Suite. If you're new to using Graspable Math, have a look at their Tutorials.

Instructions

1. Insert the GeoGebra Graphing Calculator using the GeoGebra tool from the More tool and selecting Graphing. Note: You can choose between different GeoGebra Apps (Graphing, 3D Calculator, Geometry, CAS, Probability) when using the GeoGebra tool.
2. Insert a Graspable Math canvas using the Graspable Math tool from the  More tool.
3.Move the GeoGebra Graphing Calculator and Graspable Math canvas so that they are visible side by side.
4.Enter into the Input Bar of the GeoGebra Graphing Calculator.
5.Enter into Graspable Math. Hint: Press the insert button in the top left corner and select Math Expression. Type y=(5-3x)/4 into the Input Bar and press Done.
6.Tap into Graspable Math. Select the point beside the equation and drag it into the GeoGebra Graphing Calculator.
7.Tap into Graspable Math and change the values of the function using the scrub tool. Observe how the function also changes in the GeoGebra Graphing Calculator.
8.Tap into the GeoGebra Graphing Calculator and drag and drop the function from the Algebra View into Graspable Math.
9.Tap into the GeoGebra Graphing Calculator and change the values of the function . Observe how the function also changes in Graspable Math.
10.Change the values of the functions in both GeoGebra Graphing Calculator and Graspable Math and observe how the values change in the other view.
11.Select the Pen tool.
12.Write something on top of the GeoGebra Graphing Calculator. Your handwritten text is displayed on top of the calculator. Select the calculator using the Select objects tool to bring it to the front and enable editing of your construction. Tapping outside of the calculator will bring the handwritten text back on top.
