Discover Perpendicular Slopes
Instructions
1. Plot two points using
tool.
2. Use the
tool to create a line going through the two points.
3. Create a line perpendicular to the line you just created in step 2 using the
tool.
4. Use the
tool and click on both lines to find the slopes of both lines.
5. Finally, click on the algebra tab (looks like a calculator). In the input bar type in FractionText(m) to change the slope of the line from step 2 from a decimal to a fraction. Do the same for the perpendicular line, but use FractionText(m_1).
