The central hal of the mausoleum with the tomb of Timur is crowned by a dome.
In the middle of each wall there's a niche with a stalachtite type muqarna on top.
- In the apex there's a 24-pointed star.
- The star is surrounded by a circle of alternating 4-pointed stars and decagons. The 4-pointed stars are realised as stalachtites, the decagons with inscribed 5-pointed stars are realised as holes.
- Futhter below there are supplementary 5-pointed stars.
- In the two corners below there's a 6-pointed star.
