Is it a proportion?
Does the table represent a direct variation (proportion)?
A table is a proportion if
- there is a common factor that relates the x value with the y value
- in other words, if x doubles, then y also doubles
- the points form a line when graphed
Look at the values in the table.
Do the they form a proportion? Check yes or no.
If you need a hint, use the "Hide/Show the line" checkbox.
