A field of possible equal distanced paths

The Pascal number triangle is a representation of possible left-, rightway paths from the one point at the tip of the triangle to the number in the triangle over a grid of equal distanced steps. But the triangle grid can be bend to a circle for instance. Or multiple triangle grids can be overlapped to a shape the can be bend to a donut shape that holds the shape of a cardioid.
