Exploring the Converse of Pythagoras Theorem
Instructions
1. Key in the lengths of 3 line segments. e.g (3, 4, 5), (2, 3, 4), (5, 8, 17), (6, 9, 12), (5, 12, 13)
2. Form a triangle using the three line segments.
3. Check calculations of the square of the longest side and compare it with the sum of squares
of the remaining two sides.
4. If they match, check using a virtual protractor that the triangle is right angled.
