Some Contest Problems Only Ask for an Estimation

How Close is Close Enough?

In the estimation problems above, within 5% is close enough for the answer to be considered a correct estimate. Is that close enough in dealing with the sin problem? Romans 6:23a says "For the wages of sin is death." It doesn't give a "close enough" standard of holiness. The Bible says sin is a universal problem. Romans 3:23 says "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."

ABCs of Salvation

I worked in Vacation Bible School a number of years, helping with music. This was before I started singing math songs to my classes. There was always a "ABC" song which gave another brief presentation of God's plan of salvation. A-Admit to God that you are a sinner. B-Believe in Jesus Christ as God's Son C-Confess your faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord to others. This C part is one reason I have tried to put some of these ideas together in one place. It seems a number of people have searched for things I am involved in, whether it be Math Contest Camp, or GeoGebra. I wanted them to find something that could impact their lives even more than a camp or a helpful diagram about a mathematical concept. https://www.teenmissions.org/resources/abcs-salvation/ gives more details on the ABCs of Salvation.
