It earned about 52.19 billion won ($49.5 million) in revenue compared to about 38.97 billion won in March last year.
Sales rose 35.1% year-on-year to nearly 48.75 billion won in March 2018.
Paradise's machinery sales rose 18.9% to 3.44 billion won in March this year.
The company's monthly update does not provide a comment on why sales fluctuated year-over-year.
Paradise's total casino revenue in the first quarter of 2018 was approximately 149.37 billion won, up 19.9% year-over-year.
Calendar sales through March 31 rose 19.3 percent year-on-year to about W138.57 billion. In the first three months of the year, machinery sales rose 26.8 percent to about W10.8 billion.
