How to Play
Basic Rules:
The user makes an estimation on the number line.
He/she presses the ‘Check’ button to check his/her estimation.
If it is in the correct interval, +3 points are added, if it is completed before the time runs out, one fifth of the remaining time is added as points. If it is close, it gets +1 point and if it is completed before the end of the time, one fifth of the remaining time is added as points. If he/she estimated far away, he/she gets no points.
Feedback:
Correct: Correct estimation.
Almost you are very close: You are close.
Maybe next time: Wrong estimation, try again.
Use the ‘New Rational Number’ button to create a new rational number.
Functions of the buttons:
‘Check": Evaluates the estimate.
‘New Rational Number": Starts a new Rational Number.
Number Line Usage:
Estimations are made with a point that can be dragged on the number line.
