How the toolbox was created (methodology)

In the class students get to know how to create a tool. Then students (as homework) designed flowers that could be created with a tool. I have collected all ideas and tried out if it could work- with rather unexperienced students. Me, as a teacher have created the worksheet with their ideas and some more by me. two students worked on one of the different ways to construct a flower and created a tool. Students tried out tools from theri classmates and later on created more complex ones. At the end all tools were "put" in one GeoGebra file. So this work was a cooperative work accordining to the ability and interest of my students.
