Sobrino Sectors
Saw this fun painting and wanted to do something similar.

The sectors are randomized when not using functions.
On the turns setting, some of them are rotated 90 degrees.
On the functions setting, it uses the fractional part of the function value on the rows (y, n of them) and columns (x, m of them) to determine how much of the first quadrant is filled in.
