Sharing a resource with others
If your Activity or Book is not private, you can share your resource via link by copying the URL and sending it to your colleagues and students.
Anyone who has the viewing link can view your resource, there is no sign-in or GeoGebra account required.
Note: You can also press the More button on the resource card, and select Details to find the Share option. You can also find some Embedding options there.
It is also possible to enable other users to edit your resource and to work together on creating an Activity or Book.
Share a resource with editing rights
Enable other users to edit your resource. This is helpful if you want to work together on creating an Activity or Book.
Open the Details page of your resource and select Access Settings.
Here you can change the visibility of the resource or get a viewing link too.
To give editing rights to another user check the box Editing link to get a link which you can share with other users to give them the editing rights.
An other option is to add one or more users with whom you would like to share your resource by typing the username or email address into the input line below and pressing Add users. You can then choose between the rights Owner, Can edit or Can view from the dropdown menu for each user.
Note: If you add a user to view or edit your resource, the resource will be shown on the user's resources page on tab RESOURCES.
The resource preview contains the following icon on the bottom right corner: .
Remove a user from viewing or editing rights at any time by selecting the Delete button next to the user rights in the Access Settings of the resource.
