Task

Define a function and display its graph in the Graphics View and compute some function values and arguments.

Instructions

1.Enter the function into the Input Bar and press Enter to define a new function.
Note: The graph of f(x) will be automatically displayed in the Graphics View.
2..Calculate the roots of f(x) by typing into the Input Bar and pressing Enter.
3.Calculate the function values for x = -5, x = 0 and x = 2.15 by typing into the Input Bar and pressing Enter.
4.Find the arguments x for which f(x) = 4 by entering into the Input Bar.
Note: You can switch between numeric and exact output after having calculated the function values and arguments by pressing the corresponding toggle button.
