Measure the above angle again but this time select the points in a clockwise order. Did this produce a different result? What does this say about naming conventions versus creating an angle in GeoGebra?

Another way of interpreting an angle is to think of one ray as an “initial side” and the other ray as a “terminal side”, where the angle is created by rotating the initial side to the terminal one. In this case, GeoGebra thinks of the first point you select when measuring an angle as belonging to the initial side and the last one as belonging to the terminal side. Based on the angle that is measured when you try different orderings of points, what is the default direction of rotation that GeoGebra uses? Does this match mathematical conventions?
