Circleometry and Polar Coordinates
1. Drag the point on the unit circle around and notice that the x coordinate is sin of the angle theta, and y is the cosine of theta.
2. Click on the "Show tangent segment" to see a geometric visualisation of tangent value for angles less than 90º
3. Can you get (x,y) coordinates for a point on the unit circle given the value of theta?
4. Click on "Show points off unit circle" to explore the relationship between polar and (x,y) coordinates
