The experience I will remember most from this class is the way that I was able to work together with my classmates that are sat at the same table with me. We were always able to rely on each other for help and guidance for the math problems that would prove to be a challenge and would even decide to solve them together to get the best results.
The concept that I seem to understand the best is working with the formulas like the distance formula and the the pythagorean theorem. In my own opinion they seem to be some the simpler ones and sometimes using one like the distance formula can help you in another problem like finding the scale factor of a dilation without the lengths.
What has been my biggest struggle in trying to be successful in math is probably using the right numbers or plugging them into an equation right. For example I sometimes struggle with trying to figure out a tangent, sine, or cosine because I'll get the wrong number for the opposite over adjacent and I'll end up with hypotenuse over adjacent.
The area of mathematics that I am still curious about is statistics since I am taking the IED class and we have recently started using excel but there is also physics even though it is considered more of a science it still has math intertwined with it.
