Angle Bisectors of Triangles

Investigating Angle Bisectors

1. Open Geogebra's Geometry App and draw an acute triangle in the center of your screen. 2. Use the Angle Bisector Tool under the Point Menu to bisect all three angles of the triangle. 3. Label the intersection of the intersection of the angle bisectors. 3. Use the circle tool to construct a circle centered at the intersection of the angle bisectors and touching the sides of the triangle as shown. 4. Move anyone of the vertices of the triangle to change the shape of the triangle.
