Today we are looking at how to work out Volume using the equation:
Volume of rectangular prism = number of cubes in one
layer ร number of layers
Look at the picture below
Look at this shape.
It has 3 layers and in each layer it has 3 cubes.
3 x 3 = 9 cm3
