Sliders in GeoGebra
This movie introduces the slider tool. Three examples of use are given, to suit different levels of teaching. The movie is a mere introduction and there are many things you can do with a slider that are not mentioned. For example:
- You can change the value of the slider using the arrow keys
- You can change the increment setting using shift+arrow (the increment will reduce by a factor 0.1), ctrl+arrow (increase by a factor 10) and alt+arrow (increase by a factor 100)
- Choose animation to have the slider change from min value to max value
