To solve the inequality 43+2m<25+4m, we first need to graph each side of the inequality in our calculators. y=2x+43 y=4x+25 Then we will find any critical points of the inequality by finding the points of intersection between these two graphs. x=9 Since x=9 is a critical value of the inequality, we need to pick two test points - one to the left of x=9 and one to the right of x=9. The test point that gives a "true" statement when we plug in to the inequality is the correct side to shade on.
